POLICIES
CONTRACTS/DEPOSITS:
30% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings- this guarantees your spot! A contract must be signed by both the client and The FaceMaid; once a deposit is received your prices are guaranteed to remain the same and are bound.
Prices are subject to change at any time until a deposit is received.
TRAVELLING/ACCOMMODATIONS:
For locations outside of the central Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine area there will be a small travel fee, calculated according to the distance travelled. Larger groups may not be subject to a travel fee. Services in Montego, Negril and Portland that require an early start before 9am will warrant a hotel stay the night prior. This is an expense of the client and is the clients’ responsibility to reserve and secure all arrangements for the artist/artists in advance.
ASSISTANTS FEE:
For Bridal Parties of 5 or more persons an assistants fee is charged to service party, in order to offset the workload and to ensure all members are completed in a timely manner.
